Catering to registering voters, San Juan Civilian Volunteers and with the help of CW Home Depot as a venue sponsor have their own ‘No Bio, No Boto’ last August 14, 2015. The event aimed to let voters of different district within near vicinity of each CW Home Depot’s branches like Makati, Ortigas, Balintawak,Alabang, Las Pinas and Commonwealth to have their votes valid.
Attended by atleast thousands of voters from different district, it has been a successful event. The event also provided coffee for those who are waiting for their turn.
The San Juan Civilian Volunteers’ officers Engr. Wency Tan and Engr. Napoleon Co visited most of the biometric’s station to check out and attend to some voter’s concern.
In line with these, they also set up another biometric satellite station outside Metro Manila. This was also held on one of CW Home Depot’s branches, the Pampanga branch last August 22, 2015. They catered at least 35 barangays in third district of Pampanga.
The Comelec Satellite Biometric’s event at CW Home Depot has been successful in their first objective to have newly registering voters enroll on the new process of validation of votes.
