Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CW Home Depot Official Website (referred throughout as the “Site”). Kindly carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions that govern the use of this Site. CW Home Depot (referred throughout as “We”) offers this online platform to its customers which is subject to the following terms, conditions and provisions indicated. Please note that the use of this Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass these Terms and Conditions, your use of this Site still binds you to these Terms and Conditions. CW Home Depot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. For this reason, we recommend that you review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.


Products, Pricing, Content Information and Specifications.

The products, its contents, specifications, and prices are subject to change at any time, without need of prior notice. The prices of the products may vary from the actual item in the store and are subject to availability.


Acceptance of Order

We will confirm your orders either by email, call, or any other social media platform such as but not limited to Viber and Messenger. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel an order for any reason at any given point. Some scenarios that may result to cancellation of an order may include but not limited to limitation of available stocks, inaccuracies on the information submitted to the Site, possible payment fraud, etc.


Invoicing

We will issue the Sales Invoice and Collection Receipt upon delivery of your item/s or upon pick-up from the designated branch. A scanned Sales Quotation or Sales Invoice will be submitted to you via email or Viber after clearing of payment.


Payment

  • You may pay using any of the payment methods such as online banking, over the counter or ATM banking through the following banks: BDO, BPI and Metrobank, and Cash upon Pickup in the store. The actual payment will only be charged and collected upon the acceptance of your placed order.
  • Failure to Pay for any reason whatsoever, we shall cancel the order and suspend delivery of the products until payment is made in full.

Delivery and Store Pickup Limitations

When an order is placed on the Site, you have the following options:

  • 1. Store Delivery
    • 1.1 Product(s) will be delivered as per the shipping address designated by you, as long as the address is compliant to shipping restrictions. Please take note delivery schedule may vary depending on various circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay deliveries in the event of force majeure or other fortuitous events, including but not limited to: any law, order, regulation, direction, request or intervention of the Philippine Government; strikes lockouts or other labor difficulties; rebellion and insurrection, floods, typhoons, earthquakes, war, riots, be they acts of God or acts of Man.
  • 1.2 Delivery Fees
    • 1.2.1 There is an applicable delivery fee designed and computed separately on a per a branch basis.
    • 1.2.2 Free Delivery Charge can only be applied for areas within the 5 kilometer radius from the branch you purchase to the delivery address.
    • 1.2.3 Transaction with Multiple Delivery Date/ Trips with the same location shall reflect a delivery charge multiplied with the number of deliveries.
    • 1.2.4 Subdivision Fee must be declared ahead of time and paid by you upon settlement of payment.
  • 2. Store Pickup
    • 2.1 Product(s) may be picked up at any designated CW Home Depot branches:
      • CW Home Depot -Ortigas
      • CW Home Depot -Balintawak
      • CW Home Depot -Pampanga
      • CW Home Depot -Alabang
      • CW Home Depot -Commonwealth
      • CW Home Depot –Sta. Rosa, Laguna
      • CW Home Depot –Imus, Cavite
    • 2.2 Products purchased for store pickup are subject to store pickup limitations and restrictions.
      • 2.2.1 You will receive a confirmation when the item is ready for pick-up.
      • 2.2.2 You must present the screenshot of invoice to the CW Home Depot Releasing Personnel.
      • 2.2.3 In case you deleted the invoice, CW Home Depot Virtual Butlers can resend the invoice to you.
      • 2.2.4 If pickup is through an authorized representative or third party logistics partner, the following has to be presented:
        • A signed Authorization Letter from you.
        • A photocopy of your valid ID
        • A photocopy of your authorized representative’s valid ID
        • If Store Pickup by 3rd party Courier (Transportify, Grab, Lalamove), a screenshot of instructions from customer and reference invoice number is required

Return and Exchange Policies

CW Home Depot will accept return or exchange of items subject to the following conditions:

    • The return must be made at the same store within thirty (30) days from the date of release or delivery.
    • The above-indicated period shall exclude appliances which may be returned within seven (7) days) from the date of release or delivery. Returns beyond this period will be covered by warranty, if applicable.
    • The item must be presented in good and undamaged condition including its original packaging and accessories together with a proof of purchase (original receipt, cash invoice or sales invoice)
    • Item sold per box or package must be returned on per box and package.
  • DISCLAIMER:
      This policy does not cover damaged items due to customer mishandling or improper installation.
  • The following shall not be accepted for return and or exchange:
    • Custom-made items (e.g. mixed paints, customized furniture, cut items, or indent orders)
    • Any merchandise that has been proven used or installed

  • List of Requirements:
    Effective September 9, 2019, we implemented additional requirements he Return and Exchange of item and Credit Memo Redemption in all our branches.

    If the person returning the item is not the customer whose name appears on the sales invoice, please present the following at our Customer Service Counter.
    • signed authorization letter from the customer whose name appears on the sales invoice,
    • one valid ID from the customer whose name appears on the sales invoice, and
    • one valid ID of the authorized person returning the item.
  • For sales invoice or official receipt under a company's name, the person returning must present
    • one valid ID bearing the company name,
    • signed authorization letter from the company, and
    • company ID of the person who signed the authorization letter.
  • Lastly, all valid ID must bear a photo and signature.

Accuracy of Information

We put an effort to offer accurate description of the products in this Site, but we do not warrant that such description, color or shade, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or free from error. The weight, measurements and other descriptions provided on the Site are approximate figures and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all rational efforts to truthfully display the attributes of the products such as color or shade. Moreover, the Site may have typographical mistakes or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

In using the Site and the services therein, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. We also assume that all information or data you have submitted to this Site are considered true and accurate and you take sole responsibility for such information and data especially in maintaining of your own account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether such activity is authorized or not. You should inform us straightaway if you have knowledge that or have reason for suspecting that the confidentiality of your account has been compromised or if there has been any unauthorized use thereof.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY, IF ANY, IS FROM THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER OF THE PRODUCTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH MANUFACTURER'S OR SUPPLIER'S WARRANTY, OR TO SEEK A RETURN OR REFUND FOR SUCH PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
