CW Home Depot, the building and construction haven, recently held its grand opening ceremony of its 9th branch in Sta. Rosa, Laguna last November 11, 2015. Attended by some 500 notable guests from both the building and construction industry and other related trades, the momentous event started off with a thanksgiving mass followed by store’s blessing officiated by of Father Jerry Oblipias from Our Mother of Pepetual Help Parish.

The grand opening was attended by government officials of Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Later on, a simple yet meaningful program shortly took place which includes ceremonial ribbon cutting headed by Laguna Governor, Hon. Ramil Hernandez and  and sharing of congratulatory messages from Hon. Arlene B. Arcillas, Mayor of Sta. Rosa, Laguna; Hon. Arnel DC. Gomez, Vice Mayor for Sta. Rosa, Laguna;Philippine Institute of Architects, Archt. Arnel Colcol; Philippine Institute of Interior Designer, Idr. Michael Suqui; United Architects of the Philippines District Director for B4, Archt. Arniel Idos and  United Architects of the Philippines, Laguna Chapter Pres. Archt. Jose Angelo Lagman.

The momentous event was also graced by special guests from both Cebu Oversea Hardware Company Incorporated and Westpoint Industrial Co. Incorporated spearheaded by CW Home Depot’s Chairwoman Veronica Chan, President Mr. Napoleon G. Co with Dra. Estrella Go-Co, Managing Director Ferdinand Co, and General Manager Kenneth Tung.

Managing Director, Mr. Ferdinand Co on his closing remarks once gave thanks to all the people who are there from the very start of CW Home Depot until the opening of the 9th branch.

Founded in 2003, CW Home Depot is also celebrating its 12th year Anniversary since the Group established its flagship branch (Ortigas Home Depot) in June 3, 2003.  The growth rapidly continued by opening additional branches in Alabang in 2006, Manila Bay in 2007, Balintawak and San Fernando, Pampanga in 2009, Makati in 2011, Las Piñas in 2012, and Commonwealth in 2013.
