The Philippine Association of Building Administrators, Inc. (PABA) celebrated their 39th founding anniversary in conjunction with The National Building Management Industry Week Celebration was held at the multi-functional CW Home Depot-Makati Events Hall located at Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City last September 17, 2015.
The event started with a mass precided by Fr. Francis Xavier which were attended by some delegates, officers of PABA and organizers. The conference dubbed as “Property Management an Emerging Industry” and it was divided into two events – Conference Program for delegates and an Exhibit from sponsors.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was headed by Philippine Association of Building Administrators’ president, Mr. Jeffrey Sosa, Treasurer Julian Bay, Chairman for Education Committee, and CW Home Depot’s president, Mr. Napoleon Co.
Some of the relevant topics discussed were Preparation for a Magnitude 7.2 Earthquake in Metro Manila, Thypoon-Flooding Preparedness & Safety for Flood – Prone Areas in Metro Manila, Fire Prevention & Safety in High Foot Traffic Establishments, Seismograph Requirement of DPWH, Why PCAB License is required and how to secure it.
They also invited Dr. Renato U. Solidum, Jr., Ph.D as the guest of honor and conference speakers such as Supt. Renato B. Marcial, Use Alexander P. Pama, Atty. Jose Mario Buñag, Atty. Johnson V. Domingo and other speakers from building administrator industry.
Aside from the fruitful learnings, they also opened CW Home Depot Events Hall 1 for the sponsor’s exhibit. They introduced newest and latest innovations of their own product and items.
