CW Home Depot, one of the leading retail stores of quality building, finishing, and furnishing materials in the country, has announced a new partnership with the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP). The official memorandum of understanding was signed on February 13, 2025, at the UAP headquarters. This collaboration makes CW Home Depot the first industry partner of the UAP ID program, which provides exclusive benefits and discounts to cardholders. With the said partnership, all UAP ID holders are eligible for special discounts at any of CW Home Depot branch in Ortigas, Pasig City; Alabang, Muntinlupa City; Balintawak, Quezon City; Commonwealth, Quezon City; Imus, Cavite; San Fernando, Pampanga; Sta. Rosa, Laguna; and Taytay, Rizal.
CW Home Depot, UAP National, and the UAP Commission on Internal Affairs recently signed a memorandum of understanding, making CW Home Depot the very first partner company of the UAP ID program.
UAP National President, Archt. Magcale expressed his excitement by saying, "We are delighted to announce that we have entered into a partnership, a memorandum of understanding between the United Architects of the Philippines and CW Home Depot. Thank you so much, CW Home Depot. We look forward to working with you in this alliance and collaboration."
Ms. Ana Flores-Bermudez, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at CW Home Depot, likewise expressed her enthusiasm with the new project, adding, "Thank you, United Architects of the Philippines, for partnering with CW Home Depot - Your Partner in Building Timeless Homes. We are very delighted to welcome you soon to any of our 8 branches. Hopefully, this will be not just the start but a continuous relationship between CW Home Depot and our beloved architects. The memorandum of understanding signing was attended by key figures, including (L-R): Archt. Marcelia Ignacio, adviser of UAP-CIA Committee on General Welfare; Archt. James Jao, UAP’s member jury of the College of Fellows; Archt. Alfred Carandang, executive director of UAP-CIA; Archt. Donato Magcale, UAP national president; Ms. Ana Flores-Bermudez, CW Home Depot’s vice president of marketing and communications; Archt. Horacio Golpeo, Jr., chairperson of UAP General Welfare Committee; and Archt. Reynald David, member of UAP-CIA Committee on General Welfare. This partnership signals the beginning of a long-term alliance between CW Home Depot and UAP members, aimed at supporting the architectural community and enhancing the building industry.
