CW Home Depot, one of the leading retail stores of quality building, finishing, and furnishing materials in the country, has officially launched a groundbreaking partnership with the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP), cementing its position as the first official industry partner under the UAP ID Program.
This collaboration makes CW Home Depot the first industry partner under the UAP ID program, which provides exclusive benefits and discounts to cardholders. With the said partnership, all UAP ID holders are eligible for special discounts at any of CW Home Depot branch located in Ortigas, Pasig City; Alabang, Muntinlupa City; Balintawak, Quezon City; Commonwealth, Quezon City; Imus, Cavite; San Fernando, Pampanga; Sta. Rosa, Laguna; and Taytay, Rizal.
Last April 5, 2025, CW Home Depot secured the participation of 44 specialty stores significantly expanding the reach and benefits of the program. These stores, all within the building and construction sectors, offer exclusive discounts to UAP cardholders across various CW Home Depot branches nationwide.
“We are delighted to bring in more stores to take part in this worthwhile project with one of our allied partners in the building and construction industry. Now, the architects can enjoy special discounts from more partner stores located in CW Home Depot branches”, said Mr. Alvin Uy, CW Home Depot’s Vice President of Business and Skills Development.

The memorandum of understanding (MOU) between CW Home Depot, UAP National, and the UAP Commission on Internal Affairs was formally signed last February 13, 2025, at the UAP National Headquarters. This initiative marks a significant step in strengthening ties between the architecture profession and the construction industry, providing valuable incentives to UAP members while promoting industry collaboration.
