CW Home Depot, one of the country’s leading one-stop shops for building, finishing, and furnishing needs, was recently recognized as the Regional Top Loyalty Card Partner in the recent Pag-IBIG Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report.
With around 26,000 discounted transactions recorded, CW Home Depot was recognized as the Top Loyalty Card Partner in the region during the Pag-IBIG Star Awards segment of the program.
“This milestone reflects the trust and continued support of the Pag IBIG loyalty card holders, as well as our team’s dedication to making quality home improvement solutions more accessible. We remain committed to strengthening this partnership and helping more Filipinos build timeless homes,” said Ms. Ana Flores-Bermudez, CW Home Depot’s Vice President of Marketing Communications Division.
Presenting the award to CW Home Depot (from left to right) were Mr. Domingo C. Jacinto Jr., Vice President of the Public and Member Relations Group and concurrent Strategic Marketing Group Head and Department Manager III of the Marketing Department; Mr. Benjamin R. Felix Jr., Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Operations Cluster, who also gave the welcoming remarks; Mr. Ireneo V. Vizmonte, Trustee and Private Employers Representative; Ms. Marilene C. Acosta, Chief Executive Officer of Pag-IBIG and keynote speaker of the event; Mr. Alexander Hilario G. Aguilar, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Marketing, Product Development, and Sales Clusters, who also delivered the report on Pag-IBIG Fund’s accomplishments; and Mr. Fermin A. Sta. Teresa Jr., Senior Vice President of the Sales and Business Development Sector and concurrent Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development.
Pag-IBIG stakeholders and partners across the National Capital Region gathered in Manila Hotel last August 1, 2025 to witness this milestone event. One of the event’s key highlights was the keynote address of Ms. Marilene C. Acosta, who shed light on the advantages of the Pag-IBIG Fund’s Home Improvement Loan. In her speech, Ms. Acosta emphasized the program’s key features, including the opportunity for members to borrow up to P300,000 to finance home repairs or upgrades. She emphasized the loan’s accessible and streamlined application process, designed with minimal requirements to ensure faster fund disbursement. Additionally, she noted the flexible payment terms that allow borrowers to repay the loan over a period of up to five years while making it a practical solution for many Filipino homeowners looking to improve their homes.
With almost a decade of partnership with Pag-IBIG, CW Home Depot continues to support the Fund’s efforts by offering exclusive benefits to Loyalty Card holders and making home improvement more accessible to Filipino families.
